In Swings the Tide Anika Moa Starting her third album with a song like Wise Man Say is a bit of a mixed blessing for Moa. On the one hand, it means the album starts with an undeniably brilliant song, one which calls to mind the gentle pop of '90s band The Killjoys. On the other, it means the best tune on the album is gone in the first few minutes.
